Refund & Return Policy

At SocialFusion Digital, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing services that help our clients grow their brands and reach their goals. While we do not offer guaranteed refunds, our priority is client satisfaction, and we strive to resolve any issues quickly and fairly.

Service-Based Refunds

Due to the nature of digital services—including, but not limited to, social media management, paid ads, SEO, branding, custom graphics, videos, and website design—all sales are considered final once work has commenced or deliverables have been sent.

However, we understand that every situation is unique. In the event of extenuating circumstances (e.g., emergencies, service dissatisfaction), clients may contact us to discuss their concerns. At our sole discretion, we may provide:

  • Partial refunds

  • Service credits

  • Adjustments to the scope or schedule of services

These remedies are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Monthly and Retainer Services

For recurring services (e.g., ongoing SEO, content creation, or social media management):

  • A 30-day written notice is required for cancellation unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement.

  • Prepaid retainers or monthly service fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and understanding the terms outlined in their service agreement or proposal. Any changes to scope, pricing, or duration must be agreed upon in writing.

Digital Deliverables

All digital deliverables (e.g., graphic designs, videos, websites) are provided in final format(s) as agreed upon. Due to the intangible and irrevocable nature of these products:

  • Returns are not accepted once the final files are delivered.

  • Clients are encouraged to thoroughly review proofs or previews prior to final approval.

Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve disputes amicably and professionally. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us directly at [your email address] within 7 days of the issue arising.

In the rare case a dispute cannot be resolved through mutual discussion, both parties agree to seek resolution through mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal action.

Limitation of Liability

SocialFusion Digital shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of any service or deliverable. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
